  • Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping method and delivery location.

  • From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly stated on our website.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available).

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update.

5. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship to continental U.S. only.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • We are not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. Please contact the shipping carrier directly for claims.
